About this Project
- A 1960's built suburban bungalow furnished with 70's styled décor. The main floor contained worn out and multi coloured wall to wall carpeting. The carpeting was removed to reveal beautiful oak hardwood that significantly brightened the house.
- Excess furniture was removed to improve the flow of movement throughout the house and emphasize the size of the rooms.
As a result of this work, the listing price was raised, the home sold in one day and the seller received 99% of their asking price.

Staging is the process of transforming your home into a widely desirable real estate "product". The objective is that this newly packaged product will generate multiple offers and list on the market for the shortest possible period of time.

This is accomplished by highlighting and enhancing the home's best features through de-cluttering, rearrangement of furniture, removal of excess furniture and décor items and if necessary, a fresh coat of paint and some new floor coverings.

A professional stager has a new and neutral view of your house or condominium and knows what features will be of most interest to potential buyers. The stager will recommend and/or make changes to your home that will make it even more appealing to a broader audience of buyers. Think neutral, light and less is more!

Our clients tell us everyday what an impact we've made:
"We should have done that same thing a long time ago."
"Why didn't I think of that?"
"I can't believe this is my house."
"I am so glad we did this"
"Would you help me decorate our new house?"
